Estado Maior is a project that consists of the rehabilitation of military reserve reservists in the labor market.

Its portal is to report news and opportunities to active and reserve officers, whether by newsletters or by disclosure of their own members who can power the platform.
Besides, the portal offers: online registration and membership through payment, connection with friends and colleagues, professional resume member search, crowdfunding service and business opportunities, jobs and networking.

In the development of the logo, for a better memorization, I structured an icon next to typography The green part represents the initials E and M, the blue one remembers the symbol of greater (>), the junction of the two remembers the identification of patents, yellow balances the weight of the logo, giving a greater support when merging with the text. The colors have a point in common with the identity of the armed forces (army, navy and aeronautics).
